GDIT is currently looking for an experienced, active TS/SCI cleared Operations Analyst (Mid-Level) to join our mission critical team located in Washington, DC. The best-suited candidate will be an analytical, detail-oriented thinker, and proactive team player, with knowledge and experience conducting analysis of various continuity programs, as well as coordinating with project managers and / or task leads to develop policies, produce continuity of government (COG) operations plans, and develop training/exercise events.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve and support an executive-level Department of Defense client
  • Assemble, prepare, and analyze data; present data in briefings and other information formats
  • Produce and/or review substantive and/or complex documentation reflecting detailed knowledge of functional areas as identified in the Statement of Work
  • Serve as the functional domain analytic expert in the development of emergency action and operations plans
  • Provide input or prepare technical reports / briefings based on the expert interpretation of analyzed data
  • Apply the full range of analytical methods and techniques to identify and analyze issues and resolve complex problems
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements
  • Brief and communicate analytical results and recommendations to executives, managers, and Subject Matter Experts, both government and contractor personnel
  • Coordinate and host meetings across multiple organizations and staff directorates, compile results thereof and document processes endorsed by the client and the user community
  • Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, decomposing high-level information into details, and abstracting up from low-level information to a general understanding
  • Adjust rapidly to shifts in priorities and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, to include staff support relating to current operations
  • Perform duties as required per operational requirements or client requests, and as identified in the Statement of Work


In order to be considered for theOperations Analyst (Mid-Level) opportunity, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must have knowledge and experience producing, handling, storing, transmitting, and transporting classified materials, up to and including Top Secret Special Access Programs (SAPs) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
  • Active TS/SCI
  • Must have experience working with senior government and military personnel, and have exceptional written and communication skills


BS/BA degree and five or more years related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
