Plan Reporting Analyst II
Responsibilities
As a Plan Reporting Analyst you'll be responsible for
Preparing complex government filings or compliance tests and provide related support for our retirement plan customers.
- Complete the most complex government filings or compliance tests and related services within prescribed IRS/DOL/PBGC deadlines and client requested timing. Prepare accurately and efficiently with minimal assistance.
- Serve as a resource providing support and answers to questions for internal service partners, external clients and auditors.
- Serve as a resource to peers assisting with both technical and process related questions. Provide a mentoring relationship as requested.
- Participate in or lead department initiatives/projects including but not limited to process and system improvements.
- Responsible for ensuring that appropriate documentation is maintained and accessible, per current regulations and internal policies and procedures.
- Compile and prepare management statistics to monitor timely completion of work within prescribed IRS, DOL, and external customer deadlines.
- Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus 2-4 years of related business work experience
- Preferred knowledge of government reporting forms, or compliance testing, and general regulations related to the retirement plan business
- Proven written and verbal communication skills with individuals at all levels along with strong problem solving, decision making, organizational and time management skills
- Must be a self-starter who can work independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Advanced PC skills including word processing, spreadsheets and collaborative workspace preferred
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range
$58650 - $114000 / year
Additional Information
Location
This role offers the ability for in-office, hybrid (blending both office and remote work in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements. You'll work with your leader to determine which option may align best based on several factors.
