About the Role
GoodRx is looking for a Data Coordinator to support the day-to-day functions related to our customer support operation. This individual will review customer and support data to identify issues, communicate internally and externally, and conduct research to ensure we are providing a high quality customer experience.
The ideal candidate has impeccable attention to detail. They are intellectually curious, are able to comfortably navigate ambiguity, and have experience working with multiple sets of data and systems. They enjoy seeing how the little things they do contribute to the big picture.
Responsibilities
- Monitor real time agent feedback in order to identify and summarize customer issues
- Review data related to escalated customer issues to ensure a positive experience
- Extract, organize and visualize customer data based on requests and identified trends
- Ensure customer data is relevant, accurate and effectively communicated to other teams
- Collect, create and present customer data with stakeholders, partners and other departments
- Develop best practices for common tasks, create and maintain documentation
- Accelerate data collection processes to provide detailed customer insights
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; information systems or related field a plus
- Proficiency in working with data in spreadsheets and/or data visualization
- 1+ years experience in a coordinator/specialist role at a tech driven company
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer savvy and able to navigate web-based tools
- Experience in a medical or pharmaceutical field a plus
