The Partnership Operations Analyst
role will provide meaningful support to a growing partnership development team, while providing deep operating experience within a fast-growing Series C fintech leader that has been backed by Andreesen Horowitz, Ribbit, Bloomberg Beta, and Greylock. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about business and seeking more ownership, hands-on mentorship and coaching from an experienced management team with a long track record of building venture-backed companies.
  • Organize and perform market research to identify market opportunities and prospects and communicate key market dynamics that could impact Point's business objectives.
  • Develop both targeted and broad-audience marketing materials to drive awareness of and interest in Point as a business partner, and provide ongoing management of the materials.
  • Develop and manage ongoing analytical efforts to optimize the economics, processes, and marketing methodologies within the channel.
  • Work with leadership in defining, communicating, and implementing efforts for refining goals, guidelines, objectives, and timelines with teams as needed.
  • Analyze data and provide high impact recommendations to drive growth with existing partners.
  • Collaborate with management to define the objectives and success metrics of key initiatives.

  • 3+ years of financial services or platform technology experience, ideally in a product, market research, or business analyst role.
  • 3+ years of using data analytics to make business decisions.
  • Strong 3+ years of Salesforce experience.
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects and priorities in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Experience in the development of business strategies to meet organizational goals and managing associated change in support of strategic objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Can effectively engage, manage, and influence stakeholders and customers.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, including managing plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion.
  • Skilled in effectively presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills and good business judgment.
  • Collaborative working style and a willingness to contribute to all aspects of a team's work product(s).
  • Business intelligence tools (such as Domo, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) experience a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in a product, market research, or business analyst role.
  • Experience defining objectives and evaluating program, stakeholder, customer, and vendor performance against objectives.
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity.
  • Experience with Performance Measurement including evaluating programs, evaluating vendors, and defining and measuring agreed-upon performance indicators.
  • Passion for innovating within the US housing market.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Domo.

Point will top off California PFL earnings to full salary for up to eight weeks, as well as two weeks of fully paid leave to be available after exhaustion of CA PFL. An employee can take reasonable vacation time in addition to the California PFL leave. For employees outside CA, Point will top of PFL earnings in accordance with the state applicable leave laws.
Work From Home Stipends
With employees working remotely, Point will provide employees a $50 monthly cell phone stipend and a $50 monthly internet stipend. In addition, we will reimburse up to $150 to help you purchase supplies for your home office.
