A Panel Strategy Specialist performs a wide variety of tasks with the goal of providing exceptional customer service to our research panel members.
Job Description
As a Panel Strategy Specialist you will utilize your expertise to create and deploy solutions to optimize panel delivery. The developers will collaborate with teams across operations, commercial and product leadership to deliver continuous improvement that contributes to the financial success of the organization.
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Continuously refine and improve existing processes by successfully owning and leading initiatives in Online Delivery Enablement
Engage and influence stakeholders for support with initiatives
Strategize and partner with various functions to implement initiatives
Create and utilize a fact-driven approach to decision making to select the solutions that will drive the biggest impact
Research survey respondent preferences and discover current trends
Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness of panelist engagement strategies
Report on online reviews and feedback from panelists
Coordinate with recruitment specialists to identify new ways to attract prospective panelists
Develop and implement KPI’s to demonstrate the value of initiatives implemented
Maintain documentation for products, procedures and for specific projects as required
Seek out and complete ongoing training to expand Operations knowledge to develop expertise across all facets of end to end delivery, including panelist lifecycle
Panel Developer Extended Responsibilities
Present business case to operations and commercial leadership teams for new initiatives
Coordinate and conduct training for staff on new processes
Regular meetings with business leaders to understand capacity needs and challenges
With Panel Strategy Leader, manage panel system development from requirements gathering, UAT through deployment
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years’ equivalent industry experience
Passion for driving improvement and leading change
Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
Demonstrates innovative thinking and strong analytical problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Ability to communicate and influence varying audiences
Build relationships within and across teams which foster trust and credibility
Self-directed; takes the initiative to work independently
Strong management skills for planning, organizing, and prioritizing projects
Travel as determined by business
