This role will be focused on optimizing the Outreach setup to help drive GTM team productivity and scale operations. We are looking for someone with a strong technical background in system administration and expertise in Outreach, who is a quick learner that can help drive projects forward independently. This position is based in Seattle and reports into the Manager of Outreach Platform and Strategy on the RevOps team. The RevOps team is focused on supporting and scaling Outreach’s full revenue funnel with scalable processes, role-based operational enablement, the right toolset and by providing relevant business insights. 

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Own the technical administration of the Outreach GTM instance by providing day to day system admin support and manage rollout of system improvements and bug fixes
  • Evaluate requests for new or modified features/functionality to determine feasibility, complexity and time required and compatibility with current systems and develop proposals to deliver desired solutions
  • Own Outreach integration with Salesforce and act as key point of contact to the Salesforce administration team
  • Own technical rollout of all Outreach product updates for alpha releases including scoping, sandbox development, UAT testing and production release
  • Write and maintain documentation for Outreach operation processes and playbooks and help prepare enablement materials
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis and independently drive projects to completion through project management
  • Ability to communicate and provide complex solutions in a consumable way to non-technical peers and users
  • Take ownership of technical projects to help achieve key program management initiatives

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a Success/ProServ/Tech Support or similar role
  • Proven ability to administrate Outreach, solid understanding of Outreach technical system such as Plugin, Rulesets, triggers and user management
  • Outreach Admin Certification preferred
  • Functional understanding of Salesforce and its core architecture, Salesforce Admin Certification is a plus Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of sales and customer success disciplines and playbooks
  • Excellent analytical thinking skills; able to breakdown ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions, Tableau/Excel experience is a plus
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills, and highly organized; project or program management experience is a plus
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills; ability to escalate problems and roadblocks as needed
  • Commitment to see things through toward actionable outcomes and results
  • Flexible team player, with a bias for action
  • Ability to balance sharp focus on measurable outcomes with deep and genuine empathy for people, customers, and the business
  • High-energy with a sense of humor, ability to work with a wide range of personalities
  • This is a hands-on position; the ideal candidate must be willing to “roll up one’s sleeves”
