Job Description:

The Role

As an Outbound Interface Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing and reconciling data files for Health & Welfare clients, ensuring that the interfaces are complete and accurate based on data from recordkeeping systems, plan rules, and established procedures.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Associates degree or equivalent related experience
  • Minimum 1 year Health and Welfare experience required
  • Experience within industry or a similar operations role is a plus


The Value You Deliver

This role is responsible for the accurate and timely transmission of data to clients and or client contracted vendors for the purpose of enrolling participants into benefit coverage or transmitting deductions to pay for benefit coverage. As an analyst, you will proactively identify client trends and partner with the Client Service Manager contact or the client Business Analyst to develop a plan to remedy these trends.

  • You will be responsible for maintaining productivity, quality, and control standards
  • You will be leveraging technology and gain an understanding of the business to research and analyze data to determine root cause of defects. Reconciling large amounts of data and identifying anomalies and reporting results to business partners.
  • You will be completing necessary control checklists, reviewing and approving peer checklists, and are accountable for the proper documentation and archival of any related information pertaining to their files to ensure audit compliance. Analyst must maintain client specific procedures and documentation.
  • You will be identifying process improvement opportunities within your scope of responsibilities. This may lead to small projects to participate in. Project tasks may include gathering data, establishing reporting, and/or writing requirements or procedures. Initiative is required to drive improvement in the efficiency and quality of their client files.
