As an Order Management Analyst in the Systems Integration Group, you will play a pivotal role in Micron's continued success by being the "Voice of the Customer" to internal stakeholders for SIG designed products and services. You will be part of an overall product management team with responsibilities of keeping customer orders updated in Micron's SAP enterprise system, communicating delivery updates and providing quotes. SIG testers are found in all Micron manufacturing facilities and are a large part of Micron's overall test solutions. Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Creating and Providing Quotes
  • Creating and Managing Sales Orders
  • Managing SAP based Backlog
  • Managing shipments to sites via SAP & internal shipping software
  • Communicating with Business Partners/Customers
  • Monitor materials inventories, tracks progress of production, and review factors which affect schedules
  • Communicate capacity constraints
  • Initiate corrective actions to recurring root causes that cause missed schedules
  • Find creative ways to resolve problems
  • Recognition of when a problem must be advanced


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in order management, procurement, category management, business analytics, or similar role.
  • 2+ years of experience with MS Office Suite including MS Excel and MS Word
  • Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them to the stakeholders and senior management as required
  • Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and ability to meeting deadlines.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
