Order Management Analyst – FY22
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The Anaplan Order Management team provides the oversight and global administration of Anaplan sales orders. Whether processing Software as a Service subscription orders, renewals or Professional Services engagements, the order-to-invoice-to-provision process is our daily business. This position is remote-based and reports to the Director of Global Order Management in Commercial Operations.
DAILY TASKS
- Review incoming orders (contractual documents, SFDC entries, POs and approvals).
- Process orders in SFDC according to SOX and internal controls in place.
- Ensure license entitlement is correctly entered in SFDC to provide accurate order fulfillment.
- Manage provisioning and entitlements and all associated projects and initiatives for the department.
- Process terminations.
- Find creative ways to solve problems.
- Use initiative to drive improvements and best practices within the team.
- Be a dedicated point of contact for internal customers.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Prior experience in order management is strongly preferred.
- Work experience in a SaaS environment, particularly in the areas of provisioning and entitlements.
- Project management experience.
- Experienced and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SFDC is an advantage.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s degree is required; focused area of study in business or accounting is preferred.
- 2-4 years professional corporate experience.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and administrative-focused with a project management approach to responsibilities.
- Project management skills and an aptitude for process improvement
- Proficient with written and spoken English.
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
