Operations

The Operations department is Credit One Bank's touchpoint with its customers. They build customer satisfaction and loyalty through best-in-class customer service. We're all about providing the customer with the service they want at the channel of their choice.

Position Summary

Within operations analytics you will explore card member interactions with customer service and collections to recommend ways of improving productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Our analysts are high-level issue solvers that employ sophisticated problem-solving approaches such as optimization, data mining, and statistical analysis to provide solutions that help the bank function more effectively.

Essential Job Functions:

• Actively working to identify improvements to processes, methods, and ways of thinking
• Carrying out statistical research, prototyping new systems, and finding new ways of gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data
• Managing analytics projects from start to finish (data integration, analysis, reporting)
• Consulting with internal teams to determine their ongoing business needs, and to find solutions to them
• Serve as an operations department subject matter expert on process, control, measurement, and analytics
• Participate in the development of operations analyst standards and practices for the bank, including some mentor/development responsibility for junior analysts

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in business analytics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, or related quantitative field
• 2-5 years of experience in a research or analytics environment, including programming, data mining, analysis, and reporting
• Strong technical skills, including Python, SQL, SAS, Tableau
