eviCore is currently a Operations Sr. Analyst. The Ops Sr. Analyst delivers specific delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor in the Operations Management job family. Identify ways to streamline operational procedures between or within departments. Manages program and project implementation and makes significant contributions to department goals and planning efforts. Completes day-to-day Business Operations tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members. Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues. Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyzes current processes to determine program performance and opportunity for efficiencies.
  • Assists in the implementation of new clients by integrating workflows into current operations.
  • Builds presentations and completes analyses to assist the program director in communications to the client and senior management.
  • Manages designated special projects and project plans.
  • Monitors automated communication services, processes, and identifies areas for improvement.
  • Generates reports and analysis to support programs, integration projects, and current operations.
  • Documents and maintains program workflows, pathways, Business tools, CPT codes, and criteria.
  • Coordinates with key leaders to execute projects.
  • Prepares training and direction for interdepartmental staff interacting with the program.
  • Develops client facing skill set and coordinates client activities as directed by either the Program Director, Program Senior Manager, or Operation Managers.
  • Mentors analysts with less tenure.
  • Other duties as necessary.



REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Mathematics, or related field of study. Masters preferred .
  • Strong leadership skills with a mature sense of priorities and solid practical experience of 1 - 3 years as a Business Analyst
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office® Suite. Familiarity with both Image One and Isaac platforms as well as SQL Server Management Studio preferred, but not required.



For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $49,000 - $81,600, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
