General Duties:

• Serve as contract analyst for assessment projects: provide analytical and technical support involving training, tactical/operational capabilities, military systems design, or other efforts requiring military operations expertise.
• Research, identify, and develop recommendations on resources required for task execution.
• Gather, process, and analyze system performance, interoperability, and operational use data.
• Assist in evaluating new systems or updates to existing systems.
• Identify and recommend emergent relevant technologies that may result in improvements to current processes.
• Create and update project documentation including system procedures, assessment plans, reports, presentations, and training materials.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.
• Participate in special projects as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work/military experience.
• 5-8 years of directly related computer systems analysis and/or programming experience.
• Must have an active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Other Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with Service and/or Joint command and control (C2) systems, e.g., Global Command and Control - Joint (GCCS-J), Global Command and Control - Integrated Imagery and Intelligence (GCCS-I3), Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS), Advance Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), Distributed Common Ground Systems (DCGS).
• Knowledge of multi-domain/all-domain information/data sharing.
• Experience developing reports, presenting findings and analysis, and managing comment review matrices.
• Experience testing and evaluating C2 systems and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures.
