Job Description:
This role is responsible for the day-to-day analysis, research and resolution of various issues identified within a business unit. Key responsibilities of the role include supporting defined procedures, routine analytics, creating reports and completing exception processing.
Key Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the day-to-day analysis, research, and resolution of varied problems.
  • Functions include administering defined procedures, analysis and report generation, and exception processing.
  • Coordinates the implementation of products/services and operational solutions.
  • May assist in designing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring of new products/services.
  • Provides guidance to associates within own unit regarding procedural, technical and/or operational changes.
  • Incumbents have full working knowledge of operations environment acquired through experience in an operations environment and on the job training.


Required Skills:

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with ability to meet deadlines in a changing production environment.
  • Experience with working independently and on teams.
  • Typing and Data entry experience.
  • Teamwork.
  • Proficient in problem solving and manages risk.
  • Ability to work independently & team collaboration.
  • Business knowledge.
  • Design Thinking.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Able to work overtime when needed.
