100% Remote

Responsibilities include:
  • Build and maintain products in the system of record (STAR)
  • Develop queries and processes to streamline product build, maintenance, and quality assurance
  • Research and document existing and associated processes as well up and downstream consumers of product data
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • 2 years of administrative and/or customer service experience required; sales support experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required
  • Verbal communication skills
  • Organization and time management
  • Attention to detail
  • Microsoft© Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Some SQL experience
  • Dependable and adaptable to operate within a fast-paced work environment

  • Self-driven learning, especially with technical skills
