North America PACS Insights Analyst
This role is responsible for collecting, interpreting and communicating Public Affairs, Communications, and Sustainability (PACS) metrics and partnering with North America leads to convert them into actionable insights, strategies and tactics. The ideal candidate will act as a conduit between our team - PACS Services - and North America, building a constant connection between both groups and forming a two-way communication channel that can be leveraged to achieve business objectives. The role is critical to scaling PACS insights and tailoring them to help North America reach its goals.
Responsibilities
- Define North America-specific PACS KPIs and outline the optimal means of tracking them
- Help quantify the success of PACS communications campaigns and initiatives
- Design and develop visualizations to support the needs of stakeholders and partners
- Drive the design of our corporate reputation survey and ensure key attributes and data points are accounted for within the questionnaire
- Leverage corporate reputation, sustainability and communications data to provide strategic feedback and recommendations to North America leadership
- Design and oversee ad hoc research based on topical events, campaigns or issues, collaborating with Human Insights and Marketing Analytics teams as needed
- Communicate North America-specific insights with other members of the PACS Services team
- Provide regular updates to North America leadership on corporate reputation and performance
- Clearly communicate North America needs and requirements to the global PACS Services Data and Analytics team
Deliverables
- Semi-regular corporate reputation reporting, benchmarks and recommendations
- Ongoing internal and external communications performance
- KPI measurement for campaigns and events
- Media penetration reporting based on insights gleaned from Factiva and other sources
- Knowledge Center training for team members, partners and bottlers
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Consumer Insights or Market Research role
- Able to conceptualize frameworks and research models for communications, marketing and consumer insights problems
- Capable of tackling structured and unstructured problems while coordinating all phases of analysis from formulation to conclusions and recommendations
- Comfortable with large amounts of data and qualitative insights
- Clear and confident communicator and presenter
- Proven track record of using data to create strategic recommendations and narratives
- Experience working in networked, cross-functional and cross-geographical teams
Nice-To-Have Experience
- Knowledge of market research techniques
- Experience supporting Communications or Marketing teams with insights or research
- Coca-Cola system knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of the soft drink industry
- Experience leveraging digital products and tools
- Prior experience working in multiple markets
