What are we looking for:

We are looking for a NOC L1 (Network Operations Center Analyst) to join our global NOC team. The position is part of an internal team that watches customer environments for general system health and stability. Additional responsibilities include direct communication and coordination with other teams, such as Customer Support, inside/outside sales teams, and internal cloud/development operations' teams.

What you will do:

  • Have overall responsibility for monitoring Customer cloud environments
  • Have overall responsibility for solving L1 Cases under defined SLAs
  • Perform ongoing security analysis
  • Work closely with the company's Support and DevOps teams

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • Good understanding of networks
  • Good understanding of OSs
  • Familiarity with malware techniques and attack techniques (e. g. code injection, DGA, hooks, etc.)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Great interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach
  • Detail oriented with the ability to work both individually and within a team
  • Fluent English - must have excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills
  • Ability to work in shifts (including weekends)
  • Experience with Sysinternals tools - an advantage
