Job Summary:
The NetSuite Supply Chain Analyst will sit at the intersection of Finance, Accounting, and Supply Chain. Ruggable is expanding its NetSuite use cases and needs an analyst who is comfortable with supply chain terminology and concepts to take ownership over the setup and implementation of new supply chain processes on NetSuite. This will include everything from interfacing with the Procurement team to create new SKUs to analyzing transfer data for maintaining inventory stock at our production facilities. While this role officially sits in Finance within the FP&A team, it is a truly cross-functional role involving stakeholders in Supply Chain, Finance, and Accounting. The goal for this individual is to create a much tighter connection between these teams to ensure accurate knowledge and data flow, allowing the business to make more thoughtful and timely decisions.
What You’ll Do:
- Interfacing with Supply Chain:
- Distill and translate any updates from supply chain teams into NetSuite configuration to ensure accurate and timely flow of data
- Facilitate good process and tracking of changes that are happening
- Ensure that our systems are up-to-date and can handle any upstream changes
- Maintenance:
- Create processes for updating vendors, prices, items, BOMs, etc.
Track inventory movement from point of purchase to point of assembly - Act as the go-to person for all things related to Supply Chain and NetSuite, big or small
- Create processes for updating vendors, prices, items, BOMs, etc.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify problem areas, propose solutions, and oversee implementation
What You’ll Need to Have:
Required
- 2+ years of supply chain experience and comfort with supply chain concepts
- Experience with: SKU setup, PO setup, supply planning, managing inventory movement, three-way match, various accounting impacts
- Rudimentary accounting knowledge is a plus
- 2+ years of NetSuite experience and basic NetSuite understanding
- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements (particularly for e-commerce)
- Highly organized and thorough with impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication – especially with outside stakeholders
- Excellent business acumen, thoughtfulness, and ability to focus on “what matters”
