The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director of Global Customer Finance, the Manager Global Customer Finance Data and Analytics is responsible for ownership of the global data and analytics systems and strategy roadmap. This includes prioritizing the integration of systems and processes across all global CF entities. Collaboration with all global businesses to evaluate and determine required reporting/analytics is required. The role also includes managing the global CF Data & Analytics team.

Your Impact

• Strategic and technical direction for global Customer Finance standardized reporting and analytics
• Create and oversee global Customer Finance detailed reporting and analytics
• Evaluate current (and recommend new) recovery programs to minimize loses from negative customer behaviors (i.e., chargebacks, shipper claims, customer abuse programs, etc.) across global business units
• Responsibility for daily operations, budget, performance management and professional development of the CF Data and Analytics team
• Foster and maintain internal partnerships (i.e., Customer Service) to ensure customer impact from CF operations is accurately reported/understood

What you Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, MBA preferred
• 5 years reporting/analytics experience in a metric driven environment
• 5-10 years' reporting/analytics experience in a metric driven environment
• Proficiency with Tableau
