This position is responsible for Sales Analytics and Insights. This includes: building and maintaining Sales performance dashboards, tracking Sales KPIs, presenting performance readouts, and more. It will require collaborating with the sales leaders to understand business performance, sales initiatives, sales KPIs, etc. The ability to automate reporting, develop dashboards, and simplify complex issues is critical for success in this role.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Develop daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational dashboards and reports for the Sales organization to provide actionable insights and drive decision-making
  • Assess appropriateness of all reporting on a regular basis and revise as necessary to improve accuracy, efficiency, and clarity
  • Proactive reporting to internal customers on daily, weekly, monthly trends vs plans
  • Provide meaningful analysis explaining misses to plans and trends
  • Highlight areas of risk to plans and provide recommendations/guidance for mitigation
  • Prioritize and balance multiple projects while fielding frequent ad hoc requests


  • 5+ years of experience in a financial or analytical role
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
  • Intermediate Tableau or related Business Intelligence Tool experience
  • Intermediate Alteryx Designer experience a plus
  • Intermediate SQL experience a plus
  • Advanced Excel experience
  • Advanced PowerPoint/presentation experience
  • Advanced experience transforming large data sets into concise, meaningful information
  • Meticulous attention to detail building in mechanisms to ensure zero defects in all deliverables.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
  • Solid business and financial acumen
  • Willingness to seek opportunities to develop and execute plans that drive improvement and efficiency
