Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role and/or equivalent professional experience.



Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Display and Video 360 (DV360), Campaign Management, and/or similar digital advertising products.
  • Experience with communicating analytical questions, pulling data from datasets, and using data to arrive at an answer and recommendation.
  • Experience with marketing mix modeling, attribution, and reach/frequency reporting.
  • Knowledge of measurement capabilities landscape.
  • Knowledge of the statistical techniques (i.e., incrementality and A/B testing).
  • Ability to navigate/manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Measurement Leads (MLs) are specialists with a strategic focus of helping advertisers scale their use of Google measurement and attribution solutions and actioning on the insights produced. As a Measurement Lead you will use product expertise in specific Google measurement solutions. You will help Analytical Leads (ALs) and Large Customer Sales (LCS) deploy the latest measurement technologies and have knowledge of Google's measurement products and solutions. In this role, you will utilize your understanding of industry practices, digital media trends, analytical abilities, and influencing skills to persuade advertisers to take the necessary actions to properly determine brand, media customer value, and channel impact.

As a Measurement Lead, you will have an understanding of third-party measurement offerings and how they may be positioned. You will partner with Analytical, Global Product, Go-to-Market, Platforms, and gTech teams to drive advertiser measurement maturity and use insights/learnings to increase business outcomes.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Provide product expertise to Analytical Leads, Specialists, and Sales teams to drive activation/scaled utilization of programmatic insights.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of measurement/insights within Display and Video 360 and Campaign Management (i.e., identifying differences from using Google Ads).
  • Foster cross-functional partnership to provide advertisers with cohesive recommendations and apply them into action. Work with Go-to-Market teams to provide market-to-product feedback, develop business cases for feature requests, and influence product prioritization.
  • Build and maintain knowledge about the Google Marketing Platform and the rapidly evolving technology and privacy landscape.
  • Prioritize advertisers for specified activation.
