Manager, Property & Database Administration
JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for day-to-day management of Charter's owned and leased portfolio from a rent, expense, and data perspective. Manage or provide vendor oversight for six to eight Property Administrators and interact with multiple internal and external departments, as well asoutsourced vendors, external customers, landlords, and tenants. Handle multiple demands and priorities to ensure superior customer satisfaction and results. Implement company policies and principles to complete a wide range of tasks and achieve departmental plans, goals, and objectives. Work assignments are complex in nature where judgment is required in resolving problems and making recommendations
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process all real estate related rent and assist auditing all straight-lined rent
- Manage income related to subleases
- Support the review of agreements/payments for GAAP and capital accounting compliance
- Provide support for the management of dominant tenant accuracy
- Provide periodic management reports (variance, critical date, etc.) and provide data and audit information to internal organizations; process out of cycle requests
- Address rent questions and manage the interface/communication with landlords and tenants
- Oversee lease and owned data abstraction from agreements; manage periodic audit of data
- Ensure/identify appropriate accuracy measures within database
- Improve and implement existing protocols and process surrounding data entry and accuracy
- Ensure efficient data entry within database and audit payment information for accuracy
- Work with database vendor as needed for technology updates and information downloads
- Ensure appropriate performance of staff members and addresses performance issues as needed
- Identify appropriate team training, including cross-training
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as lease agreements, invoices, spreadsheets, rent data, etc.
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Ability to show judgment and initiative to accomplish job duties
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and business colleagues
- Ability to work independently
- Demonstrated knowledge of data management, property administration, lease administration
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office with focus on Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of Finance/Accounting
- Strong knowledge of Property Management/Real Estate databases (Lease Harbor and CoStar preferred)
- Strong understanding of lease accounting practices
- Demonstrated capabilities in process management and improvement initiatives
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to effectively present information to management
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
Education
College degree, or paralegal certificate, or equivalent work experience
Related Work Experience Number of Years
Property and data management experience 5+
Previous management experience 2+
Previous history of working In Real Estate, Cable, or Telecommunications industry a plus

The pay for this position has a salary range of $76,800.00 to $135,800.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
