The NIKE, Inc. Supply Chain team is the engine that propels product around the world. Supply Chain experts ensure that every year, almost a billion units of footwear, apparel and equipment arrive at the right place, at the right time. To ensure this complex job goes off without a hitch, Supply Chain teams work with a network of more than 50 distribution centers, thousands of accounts, and more than 100,000 retail stores worldwide - making the impossible happen every single day.
Nike, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Research, develop and benchmark key performance metrics to quantitatively analyze and measure the performance of supply chain operations. Create operational processes and tools to set supply chain performance targets and monitor in-year performance for a portfolio of territories and countries. Analyze and improve end to end business processes and manage strategic supply chain analysis. Track performance impacts of investments and programs to assess benefits realization. Present supply chain performance on a regular cadence to senior global leadership. Develop and implement a disciplined process supported by all layers of management within Nike. Track performance impacts of investments and programs to assess benefits realization as a feedback loop of strategic planning and strategy deployment. Continuously research, pilot and roll out new technology platform for data and analytical tools to support the supply chain performance management. Build and facilitate the intake process of new and enhancements requests for data, analytics and reporting tools. Analyze business case and prioritize requests and hand over to technology team for development. Monitor progress and ensure solutions and business value delivered. Provide oversight to analyze, propose solutions, prioritize and execute optimization and automation projects.
Applicant must have a Master's degree in Global Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Economics and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include:

- Lean & Six Sigma Process Improvement;
