Manager, People Analytics
Job Description
- Data validation / governance for Payroll data , SAP Master Data for HR and Finance
- Position Management hierarchy validation with Cost Center owner and Manager report hierarchy
- Ensure data across all HR Platforms are consistent between SAP Core, SR and SF
- Ensure Finance master data align with HR
- Validation and reconciliation report for Head Counts
- Completion of Head Count Walk and take action on missing data points
- Maintain and create real estate location data in SAP and Analytics
Qualifications
- Advanced excel, Power BI/Tableau and other visualization tools.
- Familiarity SAP and other ERP tools
- Data analytics skill
- Automation of report and skill to document
