About the role

As we continue expanding our marketing efforts at Albert, we’re looking for a skilled manager to help us test and scale our offline channels - Audio, TV, Direct Mail, OOH + more.


You will work closely with our CMO and Director of growth to build these channels from the ground up. The growth marketing team is currently 2 people and you would be the third so you'll need to think strategically, work autonomously, and not be afraid to fail. Success requires a collaborative mindset, a strong desire to learn, and a focus on ROAS and optimization.

Things you're good at

  • Executing: you enjoy being in the weeds yourself making strategic adjustments on the fly and pulling levers yourself when necessary
  • Growth Strategy: You have a strong understanding of CPA, CTR, CVR, + ROAS
  • Collaboration: you’re comfortable working closely with key senior stakeholders to develop and deliver effective dashboards and KPIs
  • Communication: You lead with data and solutions and can navigate and communicate clearly in both written and spoken formats to cut through agency and business obstacles.
  • Experience: You have some experience on paid channels - which can be digital (Facebook, Google, etc.) or offline (TV, Podcasts, etc.)
  • Learning: you are interested in learning about offline channels, how they work and how to get them to work on a performance basis

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our agency partners for OTT, Linear TV, Audio, Direct Mail
  • Work with the CMO to expand into new channels and test new strategies in existing ones
  • Build and maintain Looker dashboards to track efficiency of our channels
  • Collaborate with the creative team to get assets we needs to scale successfully

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. Degree required
  • 1–3 years of work experience as a Growth associate, Growth Analyst, Marketing Associate, etc.
  • A track record of data driven decision making + some sort of channel management
