Our Opportunity: Restaurant Brands International is looking for a Manager, Digital Analytics - Burger King (US) to join our Insights & Analytics Team based in Miami, FL. The Manager, Digital Analytics will be responsible for supporting our Digital Marketing program strategy through analyzing consumer, product, and market behavior to drive top-line sales, improved digital experiences, and guest-driven business strategies. Key position requirements include strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and presentation skills, with regular presenting to Burger King senior and C-level leadership.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Digital Analytics Reporting (Consumer, Product, Marketing, & Sales)
  • Analytical support to help ensure the ongoing financial health, stability, and achievement of all financial, engagement, and experience goals/objectives of the Digital organization
  • Provide proactive support to ensure reporting and analysis needs across all digital programs are met through effective partnerships with performance analysis, marketing analytics, guest intelligence, and guest insights teamsLead initiatives to develop and maintain reporting infrastructure, including report/dashboard creation and maintenance
  • Develop and disseminate weekly (or as needed) reports that provide actionable insights specific to targeted digital business objectives, including transactions, sign-ups, customer experience optimization, and engagement rate/conversion lifts)
  • Effectively address business issues, identify and implement appropriate solutions, influence, as appropriate, business decisions, and improve overall business results
  • Provide support and participate in review meetings with business leaders to support the presentation of YTD actuals, budgets, and forecasts
  • Customer & Performance Analysis
  • Identify eligible members for specific, targeted offers based on pre-determined criteria (i.e. sign-ups, frequency, spend) and support personalization strategy
  • Participate in detailed segmentation analyses to drive better targeting for products and offers and the creation of targeted “personas” for the Burger King brandIdentify opportunities to expand personal and team’s analytical capabilities through non-prescribed analyses and deeper data dives
  • Develop/optimize reports and dashboards as necessary to facilitate cadenced and ad-hoc digital analytics requests
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to represent Digital’s impact on other business units and overall top-line key performance indicators

Required Skills:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field
  • 3+ years of digital, marketing, and/or analytics experience in a highly data-centric and data-driven environment
  • Proficiency in data analysis and data manipulation with a strong familiarity with analytics tools (Amplitude, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI)
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, launching, and analyzing single and multi-variate A/B testing scenarios across multipole digital touchpoints (A/B testing platform experience a must!)
  • Familiarity with data querying from relational databases a strong plus! (SQL, Snowflake, AWS, Databricks, etc.)
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) as well as Outlook.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, oral and written skills to include formal presentation experience and the ability to prepare and present marketing presentations
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with ability to influence direct reports and leadership alike
  • Excellent organization and communication skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to utilize data to craft compelling stories within the digital landscape
  • Eager to learn new skills and acquire new knowledge in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment!
