Job Description
The position will be accountable for the overall quality of supplier master data within Oracle, SAP ERPs, and other enterprise business applications, abiding by the master data policies, and the Supplier Master Data Hub Data Governance Charter. The accountability also includes all activities related to supporting supplier consolidation and cleansing for all business units.
This position will lead Data De-Duplication identification and cleansing. It will serve as the liaison between Procurement Operations, Finance, Quality, Product, Engineering, and EHS organizations as it relates to maintaining a clear picture into the supplier footprint.
This role requires high technical acumen, and is within the supply chain digitalization organization. The leader in this role has the opportunity to develop and execute on the vision of end-to-end supplier management and governance processes. That provides huge opportunities to constantly analyze the end-to-end architecture of the processes, systems and create a solutioning roadmap to drive the master data strategy. No leader stands alone, and this role also involves close collaboration with the business operations leaders, IT leaders and peers to deliver on supplier data hub and supplier management programs.
Scope of Responsibilities / Expectations
Partner with the Supply Chain and Procurement business operation and IT leaders to deliver an in-flight foundational program for supplier data hub.
The role will define strategies, develop and deliver processes that enable collection, processing and management of supplier data from multiple sources and subsequent delivery of the data to downstream supplier management systems in support of key business processes.
This position will provide leadership and oversight of the supplier data governance objectives, policies and procedures.
Lead the formation of the supplier data governance, and act as chief data champion.
Responsible for supplier master data integrity, governance and data quality with other functional data owners to ensure the supplier data meets documented rules and requirements.
Identifies areas for continuous data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems as encountered.
Develop a data governance center of excellence for Procurement organization that brings passion and excellence to our work product.
Gather requirements, translate functional requirements into recommended solutions that conforms to the enterprise system architecture.
Participate in the full software development life cycle, from design, development, system testing, user acceptance testing, to documentation, change management, training, delivery and on-going maintenance.
Strategically look for ways to improve leverage and drive value of the systems and tools.
Retain, attract, coach and guide the technical team members.

Manage a project portfolio.
Foster the Agile DevOps culture to improve customer satisfaction through rapid, continuous delivery.
Qualifications:
Strong team leader and who is comfortable working with executives and stakeholders of all levels
Strong consulting skills paired with strong technical skills, to convey the value of an MDM solution to the client (pros/cons, challenges, requirements needed, etc.)
Strong understanding or hands-on experience with data quality, data profiling and metadata management
Strong understanding of data structure classifications and workflow and processes
Business minded, keeping a “business first” approach to everything we do
Experience managing large programs and budgets.
Experience managing and building empowered, high functioning teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly breakdown and translate the technical into executive-worthy communication
Ability to create a culture of innovation, speed and agility and bring breakthrough ideas to our business partners.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree
10+ years of progressive Business or IT experience
2 years of experience with one of the major Data Management Solutions for Oracle or SAP.
