Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or related field, or 5+ years equivalent working experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst
• 3+ years of experience working with relational databases & database structures (such as SQL, Oracle, or Teradata)
• 3+ years of experience developing in Business Intelligence / Visualization software (preferably Tableau or Power BI)
• 1+ years of experience leading analysts or coaching junior developers
• 1+ years of experience presenting and leading meetings with key business partners
• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (highly proficient in Excel)
• Advanced level of proficiency creating SQL queries
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
