Shipt is growing and we are searching for a Manager - Catalog CPG Data to join our team! Your days will include:

• Articulating Shipt's data architecture to external CPG & manufacturer partners to align data sharing processes across organizations.
• Debugging & identifying the root cause of data integrity issues from several sources.
• Providing a vision & framework for handling CPG-specific data streams for the Shipt marketplace & building out new processes for handling CPG data.
• Aligning data needs with external partners to our catalog, including brands, CPGs, third party data contacts & manufacturers.
• Assessing the priority of various opportunities & providing a framework for your team's success in this work.

What You'll Gain

Your Responsibilities

• Managing CPG product data
• Data governance for CPG products
• Managing a team of 2-3

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relational database management experience including strong query skills - we use PostgreSQL & Snowflake at Shipt
• Proven work experience driving multiple projects to completion on tight deadlines
• 1-2 years' experience in technical project management

Nice to Haves

• Experience managing product data, specifically that of CPGs or data providers in the grocery space
• Prior management experience
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience in data governance or master data management
