Overview

Intuit is looking for an experienced analytics leader to help cover our TurboTax Online product analytics space and manage a team of product business data analysts. This role will partner closely with data analysts and product managers, and will be primarily responsible for using data to inform the business and help advance our product development and business goals including product conversion and consumer sentiment outcomes. This role will also partner closely with more junior analysts to mentor and develop them in their careers.

What you'll bring
• 7-10 years of experience working in fintech, technology, product, customer, care, or other related analytics fields. Ability to tell stories with data, educate effectively, and instill confidence, motivating stakeholders to act on recommendations.• 5-7 years of managing data professionals, ideally data analysts or data scientists. Demonstrated history of developing individuals within your team.• Proficient in SQL, Tableau, and Excel• Experienced in experimentation design and execution• Ability to tell stories with data, educate effectively, and instill confidence, motivating stakeholders to act on recommendations• Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries to solve complex problems and apply data-driven decision making principles• Ability to multitask, balancing short & long term strategic implications to meet and/or exceed business objectives• Ability to communicate across a diverse audience of business stakeholders in both technical and non-technical forums
• Proficient organizational skills, time management, portfolio prioritization experience, and accountability required

How you will lead
• Provide guidance and thought partnership to business leaders and stakeholders on how best to harness available data in support of critical business needs and goals• Manage the full cycle of iterative big exploration, including hypothesis formulation, data generation and cleansing, testing, insight generation/visualization, and action planning• Leverage product analytics experience and independent interpretation in collaborating with peers, data engineers, and product managers to develop data-backed insights from complex data sources and make strategic business decisions for unique business problems• Provide business stakeholders with entrepreneurial guidance essential for appropriately interpreting and building on findings, and fully incorporating the insights revealed through the research• Guide, Coach, and Mentor teams responsible for data and analytics projects through cross-functional partnerships, resource allocation and prioritization
