Join our Commodities and Global Markets COO Americas team as a Management Information Business Analyst! This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
The Commodities and Global Markets COO Americas team is dedicated to working with regional and global businesses and support areas to ensure that businesses operate efficiently and effectively to meet strategic goals. The team supports cross department initiatives and drives them through in the Americas, as well as helps to find solutions for operational, commercial, and strategic issues facing the business.
In this junior level role, you will take responsibility for our management reporting in the Americas. You will collate and present key business performance data to senior stakeholders across a wide range of business functions and at the Board level. You will also drive improvement across our management reporting function; this will include identifying process inefficiencies, writing up all requirements, and working with relevant business and support teams to drive through required changes. The continued improvement and automation of reporting will be a key measure of success in this role.
To be successful, you will have excellent attention to detail, very strong communication skills, and a high level of numeracy. You will demonstrate the ability to understand complex information and present it effectively for a wide range of audiences. As a collaborative team member, you will build open dialogue-based relationships with multiple stakeholders. You will be empowered by the team to use your expertise and knowledge to drive initiatives and liaise with all stakeholders. Your ability to excel in a dynamic, fast paced, and diverse environment will be critical to your success in this role.
This role requires a bachelor's degree, along with the ability to see projects through from start to finish. Proficiency in MS Excel is required, and it would be useful to have experience within a trading or financial environment.

Salary range for this position: $67,500 - $143,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
