About the Team: 

Okcoin is expanding the Marketing team! We are building a product marketing team of highly motivated planners who possess sound story telling and make data-driven decisions, and clearly communicate their vision and plans to others. Thus, we need an experienced marketing data analyst to join the team and work with a group of creative and talented marketing professionals.

About the Opportunity: 

You will be the only data analyst on the listings team and your impact will be huge. The successful candidate will think big about the future of crypto and how various token assets (listings) can bring individual investors and institutions into the crypto economy more quickly. You’ll own the data to provide insights for our listings strategy and optimize our listings recommendations. You will also own the dashboard and KPIs to ensure that asset performance is on track. 

At your core, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, process-driven environment and be able to adapt and adjust plans on-the-fly. You must also have strong prioritization skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done. Most importantly, you’ll drive results and significantly grow the adoption of Okcoin products and features.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work across the marketing org and with international colleagues to inventory data sources, stores, and recommend improvements.
• Spearhead the development of KPI dashboard, and come up with an approach of how to evaluate asset performance.
• Collaborate across marketing, product, engineering, data science, product marketing, sales and our customers to continuously improve Okcoin listing strategy with a focus on improving listings performance
• Hone your skills on data visualization
  

What We Look For In You:

• BA/BS in Statistics, Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
• At least 1-3 years of experience in analytics or closely related field
• A strong intuition for crafting raw data and analysis into well-written and persuasive content.
• Expertise in SQL and knowledge of cloud data environments e.g. AWS
• Familiarity with Excel, Tableau, Looker, or similar reporting tool
• Knowledge of Amplitude, Google Analytics, Segment, Mixpanel, Metabase, Graphana or other analytics tools
• Ability to drive clear and concise conclusions from condense complex concepts and analysis 
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on teamwork, initiative and integrity
• Comfort with working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities simultaneously

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with scripting and analysis languages (Python, R)
• Experience working in an enterprise or B2B space, as well as the consumer or B2C space
• Industry or educational experience in text mining, information retrieval, knowledge extraction and building knowledge graphs
• Understanding of Chinese-Mandarin
