The Honeywell Enterprise IT DSC (Digital Supply Chain) team has been commissioned to introduce common business processes, supported by standard business application landscape which will facilitate growth, meet customer needs, and reduce customer response and cycle times. Our mission is to introduce best in industry practices and state of the art functional excellence in all business functions. We are currently looking for a Lead ERP Analyst to ensure reliable Supply Chain Management digital technologies meets the needs of our global Honeywell business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and maintaining the Oracle ERP solution design and architecture to support the realization of Supply Chain Management capabilities across multiple business functions.
• Key focus on understanding end-to-end business processes, identifying potential areas of opportunities for further automation, optimizing supply chain processes, reducing cycle time and improving productivity.
• Assist IT Analysts with conducting requirements gathering with the business for new developments and enhancements and ensure newly development solutions meet business needs
• Ability to travel as required, up to 20-30% to project locations in peak-times.
• Evaluate technical capabilities of Global Design Model (GDM) applications
• Collaborate with senior enterprise architects, ERP analysts and business stakeholders to groom business requirements
• Participate in POCs to confirm feasibility of technical solutions
• Assist IT analysts with development of technical/functional specifications
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and actions

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 10 years Oracle ERP experience in IT as an Analyst/Consultant

WE VALUE

• Evaluating and designing solutions on Oracle R12 ERP implementations, knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain Management functional domain
• Hands on experience with Oracle ERP systems, including performing data analysis and reporting with basic SQL queries
• Exceptional communication skills, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies including agile development and project management
• Understanding of ITSM processing including incident, problem and change management
• Post-graduate degree and APICS certification are added advantages
