Job Description As an experienced professional in Business Analysis, you'll shape the technology solutions that drive strategic initiatives across the firm. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you'll interact with colleagues in various lines of businesses to learn about challenges and opportunities, and translate that insight into high-quality solutions. In addition to working with the development team to create new solutions, you'll help optimize existing technology and identify new capabilities. While your role requires deep technological skills - including expertise in everything from data management to functional design - it also hinges on teamwork and leadership. You'll offer clear guidance and feedback to your Business Analysis colleagues, while promoting the values, culture and brand of JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Responsibilities:

  • Own delivery of ServiceNow solutions for CCB Service Desk, Incident, Problem, and/or Change Management functions.
  • Accountable for quality, user experience and continual improvement of the ServiceNow product.
  • Ensure alignment to CCB's strategy for maximizing value from the ServiceNow platform.
  • Primary interface to cross-Line of Business working groups, process leads and CCB's user journeys.
  • Maintain CCB's ServiceNow roadmap for owned functions.
  • Capture and convey user requirements in Jira.
  • Ensure solutions are designed and developed in alignment with ServiceNow's capabilities.
  • Drive the development and execution of test plans and bug remediation.
  • Manage risks and issues to resolution with urgency.
  • Advance our Agile execution capability to ensure consistent delivery.
  • Create and monitor ServiceNow dashboards to evaluate if solutions are working as expected.
  • Publish and maintains end user knowledge articles and training materials.
  • Lead special assignments for efforts that require cross-functional solutions.


Qualifications & Preferred Skills

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred10 years related experience.
  • Advanced, hands-on experience in the ServiceNow platform with recent certifications a plus.
  • Proven ability to organize and deliver large-scale change.
  • Strategic thinker who delivers solutions that remain fit for purpose over time.
  • Practical experience managing ITIL processes (Service Desk, Incident, Problem, Change Management).
  • Results-driven individual who is passionate about quality and engaging in hands-on testing.
  • Ability to navigate effectively, building partnerships in a highly collaborative and complex environment that demands exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple in-flight responsibilities and a high volume of detailed work effectively.
  • Experience working with complex data models, queries, and visualization.
  • Proven experience improving IT processes to maximize efficiency and create positive user experience.
