Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this role is to provide expert guidance and drive continuous enhancement of Technology Business Management Processes. This includes researching and providing thought leadership and guidance to the rest of the team. This role maintains positive relationships with technology stakeholders and vendors, and partners closely with others to define and maintain SLAs, OKRs and other performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities: • Analyzes data to detect trends, make recommendations, and provide reporting, defines reporting requirements for standard reports
• Leads activities to assess adherence to the business management processes supported
• Answers questions from associates about the business management processes supported; handles more complex questions/issues elevated from other analysts on the team
• Designs feedback loops to obtain feedback from technology associates about the business management processes supported
• Designs ways to identify and document process measures, issues and opportunities, and waste in the processes supported
• Designs and facilitates process optimization initiatives
• Serves as an escalation point and mentor for junior staff for the most complex support problems
• Maintains process documentation repositories; ensures information is compiled in a thorough and organized manner
• Leads efforts to develop standard operating procedures; identifies and incorporates improvements on procedures based on best practices and industry trends
• Provides direction, coaching and training to more junior level analysts to ensure that they have the knowledge and tools needed and to assist them with complex tasks
• Mentors and advises others, sharing an in-depth understanding of company and industry methodologies, policies, standards, and controls
• Develops relationships with cross-functional teams including finance and legal to ensure processes remain compliant with company regulations
• Serves as a liaison between IT and business groups to ensure their process support needs are being met

Required Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, CIS, Business Administration, Finance, (or equivalent work experience in a related field)
• 6 years of experience in Technology, Finance/Accounting, Procurement, Business, Operations or related area • 1 years of experience leading medium to large technology or cross-functional teams
• 2 years of Experience in project management tools and methodologies
• 4 years of Experience analyzing data to detect trends, make recommendations, and provide reporting

Preferred Qualifications: • Technology experience in the Retail industry • 3 years of Experience with Tech Financial toolsets • Experience collaborating with international teams
• Experience in an IT role requiring interaction with senior management
• Experience working in a large matrixed organization
• Experience leading large technology programs
• 5 years of Experience in process management, business process improvement, business process management, or value stream mapping OR 8 years experience in related field and/or industry applying LEAN practices
• Experience with gathering and documenting business requirements for technology implementation

Pay Range for Colorado, New York, and New Jersey : $81,200.00 - $225,000.00 annually
