As a Lead Analyst for Technical Account Analytics, you'll be responsible for the analytics work across a variety of Epsilon clients and products. This role supports the data-driven strategy to grow both our client and Epsilon businesses. The Lead Analyst combines expertise in the technical aspects of data mining and analytical methodology with the analytical skills to identify insights and distill relevant information into a data story that results in actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Work within a team of analytics professionals who provide performance measurement and actionable insights around program optimization to marketers
- Collaborate with internal teams and marketers to help identify and develop analytical approaches that provide solutions to business problems that solve for identified marketing objectives
- Translate complex concepts into meaningful data-driven stories that resonate with marketers and highlight Epsilon's value proposition
- Development of POVs on methods to address different measurement needs
- Act as subject matter expert for internal teams on product enhancements and scalable reporting needs
- Manage themselves and provide peer-to-peer training and coaching of other team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, computer science, economics, marketing, mathematics, statistics or other related disciplines
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Sound hands-on industry experience with SQL; familiarity with other data tools such as Python or R is a plus
- Exposure to direct marketing analytics is preferred
- Capable of presenting and telling data stories to diverse groups of stakeholders and business partners
Preferred Knowledge & Skills:
- Knowledge of online advertising and online advertising methods, including remarketing and behavioral targeting
- Ability and willingness to manage multiple analyses and project tasks simultaneously and independently.
- Ability to process large datasets, including advertising impression data, site visitation, and online ecommerce databases
