IT Tech Analyst- ServiceNow QA
Description
This role is an entry level / junior position that requires the individual to have the aptitude to learn and to participate in the team's activities surrounding classification and management of Huntington's asset and configuration items as well as making key decisions that drive cost savings, cost avoidance, overall process efficiency.
To be successful the candidate must be driven and well-organized, with strong learning abilities. It is essential for the individual to be self-motivated and tenacious, thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and complete tasks on agreed schedules. The team will look to this individual to assist in all activities performed by the team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Review and test new development to identify defects
- Track and document testing work with good communication skills across the agile line.
- Execute, review, and fix ServiceNow Automated testing scripts.
- Provide data driven analytics supporting team initiatives
- Develop and update documentation to support new / changes to procedures
- Respond to and answer questions generated by Huntington colleagues
- Comply with Huntington's standards of the PLC, and adhere to standards for scope and requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 + years of BSA experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent transferable experience through coursework, internships or work experience in lieu of participation in the IT Elevate Program.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong technology aptitude with a willingness to learn or a foundational understanding of hardware infrastructure and/or software models
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office products to drive data analytics, reporting and financial results
- Excellent verbal and written communications; ability to communicate and present information, data, processes, and issues clearly and concisely
- Ability to build strong partnerships and to work collaboratively with all Huntington colleagues.
- Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail, communication and documentation skills.
- Interest in Testing and development of automated test scripts.
- Ability to schedule and negotiate with end-users to achieve desired results (with guidance)
