The role is for an expert Business / Systems Analyst for PC IT PC Processes Organization in AMER/Raleigh. You will conduct business and systems analysis with associated documentation of systems / functional requirements. You will focus on an end to end solution, supporting PC Processes / PC IT architectural goals and provide input into systems, interface design and associated documentation. Applicant will perform data analysis, scenario and use case analysis, and associated documentation. Applicant will engage in test case construction, test execution, analysis for defect resolution, and associated documentation. Applicant will facilitate communication between business change, analysis, development and testing teams. You will collaborate with Project Manager and team to define and agree project activities, estimates & schedules.

This role is for an expert IT Business / Systems Analyst to join the PC Processes Team in Raleigh, and work with the global PC Processes team which has footprints in London, Pune, Singapore, Wroclaw, New York and Raleigh. The team is primarily made of Business/Systems analysts, Developers, and delivery leads. There may be functional management aspects to the role. We have a substantial projects' book of work to deliver and this means phenomenal opportunities for dedicated people. The successful candidate will support work on several projects implementing technology solutions enabling Product Control to - roll out the target state PC business process and technology suite, verify the firm's trading related Profit & Loss (P&L) and ensure it is complete, accurate and explainable, perform controls to minimize the risk of unauthorized and rogue trading, verify the bank's trading related balance sheet is accurate in the firms General Ledger (GL) accounts and Global P&L reporting, perform disclosures reporting to regulators We are a department which values Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) and is committed to realizing the firm's D&I ambition which is an integral part of our global cultural value

Your skills and experience

We are looking for applicants with an equivalent experience of working in IT in an investment banking / controls environment, with financial products awareness along with solid understanding and experience in IT functional analysis, business process, use cases, functional design/architecture and functional specification documentation.

• Solid software project life cycle experience, using a structured development methodology.
• Self-starter and teammate encouraging a collaborative approach to software development.
