As an IT Business Analyst, within the Aerospace Front Line IT (FLIT) team, you will be a member of a team of Business Analysts supporting the Global Aerospace business! In this position, you will collaborate with business partners, customers, internal IT teams, and external consultants leading projects, capturing business requirements, collaborating on system improvements, facilitating user acceptance testing, and ultimately being the liaison between IT and business functions.
Key Responsibilities • Quickly adapt to assigned business area's products and processes while building business relationships with individual business and technical team members.• Network with other PPG Analysts to understand how IT solutions are deployed in other areas to tackle and resolve business problems.• Demonstrate understanding of how IT affects an organization and link it to redesigned business processes.• Demonstrate knowledge and experience in gathering requirements, functional design, testing, and working with business processes.• Ability to build business relationships with individual business and technical team members within assigned business area
• Ability to lead and deliver small projects

Qualifications • 4-year degree or higher in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent education with 3+ years of IT or equivalent experience.• Strong oral and written communication skills• Strong Analytical and conceptual skills• Experience working with ERPs (QAD experience is a plus) • Experience in any of key Aerospace key technologies (QAD, Loftware, Laserfiche) is a plus.• Prior experience using Azure Dev Ops or equivalent tools for task and work management• Capable of travel up to 25%. • Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident
