IT Supply Chain Business Operations Senior Analyst
Max Bill Rate: $70
Non-exempt
100% remote with 10% travel.
Responsible for supporting IT Supply Chain Business Operations which includes communication with senior level executives within IT and BUs. This role will support the fact gathering, development, and final preparation of strategic presentations. This role will support any general assignment by the IT Director of Supply Chain and Business Operations Lead. This role will include developing, interpreting and implementing financial planning and control. Performs technical analysis to determine present and future department financial performance. Gathers, analyzes, prepares, and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, trended future requirements, operating forecasts, etc. Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action and under supervision of the Supply Chain Business Operations lead.
Qualifications:
• 10 years of business operations/administration or equivalent work experience (IT or Supply Chain preferred)• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Communications or similar field (MBA preferred)• Self-starter that can take an assignment and execute with minimal guidance• Strong communicator both written and verbal at a senior level• Strong presentation skills with Microsoft PowerPoint know-how• Financial knowledge and work experience• Enjoys working with data and has strong Microsoft Excel skills• Comfortable organizing and facilitating meetings / workshops to gather facts, solve problems, and present findings to senior leaders
