Job Overview:

Software Asset Management (SAM) minimizes software lifecycle cost, maximizes compliance with license terms, and ensures that software assets are managed according to Citi's overall IT strategy.
The Tools, Automation & Reporting Team improves Productivity, increases Transparency and strengthens Control within Software Asset Management.

Citi Marketplace (CMP) is Citi's storefront for global staff to order products and services. The Tools team is responsible for supporting over 50 different templates within CMP that allow staff to order software products.

Responsibilities:

• Use Citi's proprietary 'Product Designer' tool to configure the CMP software templates, making changes in line with Business-As-Usual activities and requested functional changes.
• Provide user support to requesters who are experiencing errors.
• Liaise with Citi Engineering teams to coordinate on configuration and support activities.
• Support and maintain software and pricing data that underpins the team's ability to sustain software license compliance.
• Analyze and reconcile data, draw conclusions to support assigned tasks.
• Analyze and document business processes; work in a team to generate ideas for improvements.
• You will have the opportunity to expand your skills, learning and applying basic Excel Macros and SQL Queries

Must have:

• Strong interpersonal skills, team player.
• Technical aptitude
• A strong desire to learn and contribute.

Preferable:

Some exposure to computer programming (Visual Basic, C#, Java) and/or databases (SQL)

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in a Technology Infrastructure role (education/professional) with demonstrated knowledge of operational process change and improvement
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
• Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline

Education:

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
