Summary

We’re looking for an experienced business analyst who is passionate about supporting, maintaining and delivering highly scalable systems.
o You will be part of a small team responsible for building and maintaining servers and networks that support wide area progressive slot machines across the continental US.
o You will play a key role in both design and implementation of services to drive accurate reporting and analytics and improve performance and scalability of the internal and external systems.
o We put a strong emphasis on team collaboration, project ownership and value analysts who take pride in working a project to successful completion.What You'll Do

• You will be directly involved with planning, rolling out and supporting an IOT system that will support a growing customer base.

• On a daily basis you will be responsible for providing comprehensive feedback and reporting to internal and external customers and contributing to the in house knowledge base. 
• Our team interacts with most Aristocrat teams on a regular basis, including Finance, Sales, Compliance, Shipping/Receiving and Order Management. We work closely with these other business units to ensure that the MSP (Multi-site Progressive), and supporting products are deployed and maintained effectively.
• The top focus within our team is centered on maintaining network stability and uptime. You will directly contribute towards achieving our departmental goal of 99.9% system availability.
• Manage and plan the IOT setup and configuration for internal and remote sites
• Create custom dashboards, reports, and presentations that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
• Identify operational problems and make necessary recommendations and adjustments to minimize downtime and prevent future problems
• Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Monitor system resource utilization and capacity planning
• Independently configure, prepare, and test MSP and IOT equipment and associated third-party applications/equipment
• Maintain and verify data integrity of IOT system
• All other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Tableau and SQL experience strongly preferred
• Competency in Office 365 applications
• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
• Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations 
• Must be able to work independently and require little direction
• Proven customer relation skills
• Must be able to obtain gaming license in all jurisdictions that have MSP products
• Must have strong analytical, problem identification and problem solving abilities
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
• Must be able to work independently and with others 
• Travel required – 0 - 25%
