International Growth Analyst:

Reformation is looking for an Analyst to join the International team. The Analyst will be responsible for ideating and measuring the performance of international growth initiatives spanning digital and brand marketing, merchandising, site UX, operations and service policies. This person will support regional teams as well as HQ by utilizing data & analysis to direct strategy for international expansion. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in e-commerce with a broad understanding of digital KPIs. The candidate should be highly analytical and enjoy building data-driven solutions to improve the international customer experience. 


What You’ll Do:

  • Become the cross-functional champion for international growth, constantly identifying ways to optimize the international customer journey across marketing, product and post-purchase touchpoints
  • Provide rigorous reporting to illuminate drivers of success for both online & offline channels. Make market-specific recommendations for improvements to international metrics, including but not limited to: new customer growth, ROAS, conversion, site traffic, AOV, NPS and cross channel shopping
  • Collaborate with regional & HQ teams to develop data-driven growth strategies that take into account a holistic view of the business. Identify KPIs relevant to each function and build appropriate reporting that provides insight into the performance of initiatives within each area
  • Support international analytics implementation - identify where the gaps in data are and work in conjunction with the BI team to facilitate implementation 
  • Take ownership of international KPIs, building scalable analyses to identify optimizations and untapped opportunities
  • Develop and maintain reports / dashboards on areas impacting the international business, ensuring reports are relevant, accurate, and help the team identify successes / opportunity areas / next steps
  • Liaise with the business to support the delivery of annual budget, quarterly re-forecasts and monthly plans. Translating targets into International view considering countries, channels and customers

     

  • Prepare financial planning models to support digital activities, delivering required marketing investment, CPAs and ROAs  


Who You Are:

  • You are exceptional at synthesizing and communicating key takeaways to stakeholders
  • You are intellectually curious: you love breaking down and tackling complex problems, continuously learning and broadening your skillset
  • You own your work, take initiative, and have the ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • You’re highly collaborative and enjoy working in a team environment across multiple functions and geographies
  • Have experience / comfort with large datasets using Excel, SQL, or other analytical tools
  • Able to execute analysis quickly and effectively
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Clear and concise communicator
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, and/or real estate preferred
