GENERAL FUNCTION:

Assumes responsibility and accountability for developing and maintaining accurate and detailed reports for each assigned functional area within the assigned division/department. Independently reviews, monitors, reconciles and reports on all relevant metrics for the department. Plays an active role in daily, weekly and month-end reporting.

Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evaluating development practices, code, and artifacts against internal and IT governance standards
  • Creating and/or maintaining dashboards to provide feedback to dev team members and LOB stakeholders for quality, value, cost, ROI, and bot utilization to establish the overall bot health at the individual automation and collective program levels
  • Developing a regular cadence and interfacing with LOB partners to review health metrics and value realization to maximize investment through all bot transition periods (hypercare to maintain, & through bot retirement)
  • Tracking and visualization of development lifecycle milestones against department expectations
  • Works with managers to ensure that the needs and expectations of the Executives are met through a concise operational reporting dashboard providing the departments with data in order to have visibility into results.
  • Accurately develops, maintains and distributes all assigned reporting within expected timeframes.
  • Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly management updates.
  • Identifies and implements reporting enhancements.
  • Plays a key role in the integration of new initiatives.
  • Works with IT partners to retrieve all needed data from various systems and reviews data for accuracy.
  • Performs maintenance to existing schedules and reports for changes to information.
  • Seeks out new tools and methods to automate production reporting.
  • Independently verifies accuracy of report information to maintain data integrity.
  • Monitors and analyzes trends, fluctuations or anomalies in results, reacts quickly to determine root causes, and makes recommendations to implement process improvements.
  • Ensures that analytical tools evolve as business changes.
  • Identifies data collection and storage requirements for data management and works with appropriate departments to successfully implement those requirements.
  • Acts as the central resource for ad hoc reporting, and determines best practices in developing new value added reporting for the division/department.
  • Develops knowledge base to keep current on existing and emerging issues; applies this knowledge to assist managers in developing measurements of success.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining appropriate business relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Responds to inquiries from management, auditors and other authorities regarding the data in reports issued by the department.
  • Performs various special projects as assigned.



MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or related field or equivalent experience, or database management certification.
  • Desired experience in Banking, Technology or Reporting related roles.
  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation software (UiPath) is preferred, as well as experience with other data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytic skills in order to design and develop reporting based on stated needs.
  • Self-motivated individual who is detail-oriented with strong time management abilities and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organization and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent people/relationship building skills.



WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Normal office environment with little exposure to dust, noise, temperature and the like.
  • Extended viewing of a CRT screen.
