Intelligence Analyst Evaluator, Senior
The Challenge:

With all the information available today, it takes an experienced analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give clients the right answers. As an intelligence analyst evaluator, you use your specialized regional, functional, or military experience and your attention to detail to develop analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context needed. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to inform our nation's leaders.

As an intelligence analyst evaluator on our team, you'll help your client understand the mission environment. Using your comprehensive understanding of the intelligence life cycle, you'll explore new data sources, combine qualitative and quantitative data sets, and evaluate performance against key intelligence priorities. You'll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for senior policy makers and US IC-wide products. As the authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into areas like strategic mission management, automation and text analytics, assessment methodology development, and measures of effectiveness and performance in the IC. You'll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you'll have resources to learn new skills and tools. You Have:

-5+ years of experience with analytical assessments analysis

-5+ years of experience with drafting all-source finished intelligence analysis

-3+ years of experience working in the Intelligence Community

-Experience with conceptualization and assessing complex qualitative and quantitative information

-Experience editing and reviewing finished intelligence

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with regional or functional topics

-Experience with applying quantitative analytic methods in the conceptualization and drafting of evaluations on enterprise-wide issues

-Experience with multi-agency intelligence environments

-Knowledge of intelligence priority topics and supporting intelligence information needs

-Ability to work closely with team members in a collaborative environment

-Ability to delineate judgments and the evidentiary base in clear, concise, and analytic written products

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
