4G Clinical has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Integrations Analyst supporting projects in the clinical research field. This is a hybrid in-office work schedule based out of our Portland, Oregon office.
RESPONSIBILITIES

The Integrations Analyst is responsible for the following:
  • Configure inbound and outbound integrations according to specifications.
  • Assist Client Services Leads and Business Systems Analysts with requirements gathering by serving as a technical expert in configuration design.
  • Maintain knowledge of 4G Integrations Service release versions and features.
  • Document integration setup and advise Client Services Leads and Business Systems Analysts on testing and stack migration.
  • Troubleshoot integration configuration issues with third-party vendors.
  • Collaborate with Study Configuration Engineers on advanced integrations requiring additional programming.
  • Assist Study Configuration Engineers and Sponsor Support (client support) with data change scripts as they relate to the handling of integrated data.
  • Maintain open communication with delivery teams and integrations partners on configuration timelines, issue resolution and testing.

REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Must Have:
  • The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical role
  • Prior experience working in a client-facing role, or proven ability to be customer-facing
  • Strong analytical and communications skills
Strongly Preferred:
  • Familiarity with Python programming language
  • If you come from a coding bootcamp we will consider this

EDUCATION AND/OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
  • The candidate must possess a bachelor's degree
  • Coding bootcamp will be considered
  • Experience in data integrations and/or programming
