Job Description InstaMed, a J.P. Morgan company, powers a better healthcare payments experience on one platform that connects consumers, providers and payers for every healthcare payment transaction. InstaMed's patented, private cloud-based technology securely transforms healthcare payments by driving electronic transactions, processing payments and moving healthcare data seamlessly, and improving consumer satisfaction.
The Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst is responsible for managing, supporting, updating and improving the company's core information systems. These information systems include data warehouse, CRM/ERP, and financial systems. The position will involve interaction with business users to understand and document requirements and develop new reports, processes and system updates to fulfill business needs.
Responsibilities

  • Work with the Senior Salesforce Administrator in support of all Salesforce related tasks
  • Identify, design, build, test and deploy solutions related to Salesforce and related applications, including custom objects/fields, page layouts/views, workflows /flows / process builder, security (users, profiles, roles) and all other aspects of Salesforce administration
  • Troubleshoot, resolve and track Salesforce end-user issues
  • Learn features and requirements of new releases of Salesforce and related applications and participate in the testing, deployment, documentation and training of these releases
  • Documentation of business and functional requirements
  • Project management activities, including working with internal and external project resources
  • Data warehouse report definition
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflows, and approval processes in CRM platform
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal team members, as well as with other teams within the firm
  • Prioritize tasks and assignments to meet deadlines, and escalate concerns to direct manage
  • Demonstrate familiarity and competence with departmental and team procedures and applicable systems

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of related work experience or equivalent internship experience
  • Salesforce certification required (Advanced Administrator certification preferred)
  • Experience with Analytics or Business Intelligence software a plus
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving scenario
  • Business Requirements and Functional Requirements gathering skills
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to work productively within a group
  • Bachelor's degree required in related field (Information Systems or Computer Science preferred)
  • Knowledge of healthcare and/or payment processing industry a plus
  • Team oriented & business value driven
  • Proficient using Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
