Job Description

• Harvest data using APIs and SQL, Python or similar tools
• Building, modifying visualizations using Tableau
• Modify and blend data utilizing workflows in Alteryx (or similar tool) to harvest, validate, clean and standardize data in a highly repeatable and automated manner
• Data analysis and insights focused on high accuracy, trending and modeling in line with Global Technology Modernization Strategies
• Maintain familiarity on all systems and processes
• Collaborate with business owners providing input to wireframe designs for Tableau
• Creates and maintains design documentation in compliance with JPMC policies
• Build and maintain team roadmaps
• Prioritize backlog and assist with increments (sprints)
• Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, Procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics or a related field
• 4+ years hands on expert skills and experience in Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server or similar extraction and manipulation tool
• 4+ years hands on expert skills and experience as a Tableau Designer
• 4+ years of experience in finance, data & analytics, and/or project management within the Financial Services industry
• 4+ years of advanced experience in Data Analytics required.
• Solid understanding and experience working with databases, tables, variable types, and variable attributes.
• Strong investigative skills
• Experience using JIRA, Kanban, Scrum and Confluence
• Experience working in Scalable Agile environment
• Experience building and managing roadmaps
• Experience with SQL query development, database joins and checks
• Desire to design the most effective data storage solution for reporting purposes and take proactive ownership of the \"cleanliness\" of that data.
• Highly collaborative team player who is focused, self-motivated, detail oriented, accurate, and flexible - able to quickly adapt to changing priorities and tight timelines.
• Expertise with Alteryx data transformation software is preferred but not required.
• Expertise with PowerBI or Tableau visualization software is required
• Familiarity with data types and nuances will help in this position.
• Excellent time management skills and highly results oriented
