Innovation Department - Client Acquisition team - UK - home-based contract

When you join the NielsenIQ BASES team, you’re signing up for an experience that requires flexibility, curiosity, and passion. As a Innovation Business Partner in Client Acquisition team you will: 

  • Develop the NielsenIQ BASES business through strategic leadership of multiple developing accounts and acquisition of new accounts of M$2.5-3.
  • Be accountable for supporting the region in achieving and exceeding revenue targets through excellence in partnership with Analytic groups
  • Be a strategic client partner and trusted partner to key and complex clients
  • Work with the Client Service teams to deliver against client needs
  • Leverage tools and technology to take sales to the next level


RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages client relationships and creates strategic plan for increased client engagement

  • Pursues new business from existing and potential clients
  • Drives business results through consultative and insight selling
  • Establishes self as strategic partner with clients, focused on full innovation system from early stages to activation, 
  • Serves as a key leader for client relationships, understanding business needs and driving to better innovation outcomes 
  • Designs and estimates costs of projects
  • Leads RFPs to successful outcomes with oversight from senior management

Meets group revenue goals.

  • Contributes to the revenue management process for client group, including development and review of pipeline and establishment of revenue plan to achieve/exceed revenue goals
  • Develops and maintain account plans and revenue forecasts, including pipeline goals using Salesforce.com and other tools

Manages the overall success of research projects

  • Partners with Client Service teams to provide relevant client background, history and other NielsenIQ analytics; assists in handling sensitive client discussions with Client Service
  • Manages client reaction to any project issues and seeks quick resolution to overcome challenges partnering with Client Service

Corporate contributions

  • Identifies opportunities to enhance/accelerate the broader BASES and NielsenIQ business
  • Contributes to product development, helps yield best practices, client tools, participates to corporate initiatives and taskforces

  • Manage client expectations through the life-cycle of a project, ensuring client satisfaction by providing feedback, insights and updates in a timely manner
  • Meet revenue targets, and grows relationships with clients
  • Show strong analytical and communication skills
  • Drive successful Innovation outcomes for clients
  • Can act independently
  • Leverage Insight selling
  • Fluency in either French, German, Italian, Dutch or Spanish is a plus
