This is a senior level professional position responsible for driving efforts to prevent, monitor and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend Business requirement calls with various business teams to understand their processes and the scope of the project. Furthermore, design and develop complex solutions according to the business needs.
  • Work with all sectors and governance teams to understand the VA process (among others), create calculated fields, reports and feeds to automate processes and ensure Archer follows our latest IS policies.
  • Provide support to all solution and modules owners, and perform daily, weekly, monthly Archer admin tasks.
  • Manage and maintain the Archer work order (ticketing) queue and ensure that all work orders are meeting the minimum SLA for acknowledgement and completion.
  • Perform system maintenance continually improving system efficiencies which includes database space management, Archer module cleanup and data cleanup.
  • Work with various teams to do direct Archer integration with critical systems utilizing archer data feeds or APIs.
  • Continually maintain feeds and ensure feed enhancements are implemented to improve data quality and accommodate newly added process and policy changes.
  • Help create dashboards and views for senior management for the most critical processes.
  • Quarterly maintenance of Archer access control roles and groups to ensure the right people have access and remove folks who no longer need the access.
  • Work with RSA to apply any new patches or updates to the Archer environment as well manage the major upgrades and all related tasks.
  • Enhance the Archer Data QC process and provide weekly reporting in this space to highlight KPIs related to resource utilization, SLAs, and overall work being performed.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of Archer development and Administration experience.
  • Must have experience with Archer 6 platform.
  • The candidate should have extensive knowledge and experience in IT Securities and GRC automation tools - eGRC RSA Archer
  • Must be a Certified RSA Archer Professional / Admin.
  • Must have extensive knowledge of back-end/server-side maintenance of Archer including Archer Version upgrades, Archer Control Panel, RSA Archer Services.
  • Expertise in Integrating Archer with other tools/systems of the organization via Data Feeds and APIs.
  • Must have expertise in designing custom dashboards and views for various programs and processes as well custom reporting and QC processes.
  • Expertise in Designing Complex security related applications and custom workflows using GRC tools.
  • Consulting experience in the areas of Vulnerability Assessments, Security Operations and Global Information Security system designs.
  • Expertise in the design and implementation of Questionnaires and questionnaire administration, request forms; Design of custom workflows and notifications; Mail Merges; User Access Control; LDAP Sync.
  • Expertise in handling Production Issues and trouble shooting Performance related Issues for Archer 6.X.
  • Expertise in Archer framework Installation and Maintenance.
  • Administrator console commands and execution / access control at the server, database, and document level.
  • Development Skills - Agents, forms, views, and Java Script.
  • Working knowledge of electronic records management including document retention, deletion and legal hold policies.
  • Ability to map out business users document retention requirements while meeting regulatory compliance mandates.
  • Must have working knowledge Threat Management, Security operations management and Vulnerability Assessment programs processes.
  • Extensive experience in integrating various security systems -leveraging tools such as Archer, Metrics Stream, QlikView, Tableau.
  • Exposure on Windows, Active Directory, Enterprise Storage, and Network Administration.
  • Strong Ability to handle Level 2/3 problems and ability to effectively interface with vendor support.
