We are GDIT. GDIT has an opportunity for an Information Security Senior Analyst to support the Combined Federated Battle Laboratories Network (CFBLNet).

CFBLNet is a mission driven organization formed to support information sharing with Coalition Mission Partners. As a network, CFBLNet forms a laboratory environment consisting of a distributed and integrated Wide Area Network (WAN) architecture of infrastructure component; exists from Combined, Joint, and Service sources; its coalition unclassified backbone transport layer is referred to as the "BLACKBONE"; and its network test domains are composed of both coalition unclassified and classified domains.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Information System Security Officer (ISSO) duties as the primary contractor lead responsible for applying policies and plans, supporting assessment and authorization (A&A), and implementing information security analysis.
• Performs all procedures necessary to ensure the safety of information systems assets and to protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction.
• Evaluate combined C5ISR interoperability shortfalls.
• Conduct initiatives to improve information exchange capabilities.
• Access, document, and report potential solutions through the utilization of agreed upon phased assessment procedures.
• Share "lessons learned" with the combatant commands in support of operational networks.

Qualifications include (but are not limited to):

Minimum/General Experience:

• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in cybersecurity, including five (5) years demonstrated support in the areas of systems, networks and applications analysis directly related to Risk Management Framework (RMF), Cyber Defense (CD), Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP), and A&A processes and implementations.
• At least two (2) years of experience in defining information systems security programs or processes for the protection of sensitive or classified information.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge in three or more of the following areas: cybersecurity requirements analysis, design development and implementation; cybersecurity concepts and requirements development and analysis; cybersecurity planning and management; cybersecurity requirements and cybersecurity controls analysis; cybersecurity policy or CONOPS development; contingency planning; requirements for classified data network operations; requirements for multinational (e.g., NATO) information processing; and network architecture and design.

Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mathematics, IT and/or cyber systems security or computer science. Master's degree in related field a plus.

Certifications:
• REQUIRED: DoDD 8140.01 Cybersecurity Workforce IAM Level III Certification
• DESIRED: CISSP with concentration in Information Systems Security Management Professional (CISSP-ISSMP) or CISSP with concentration in Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (CISSP-ISSEP)

Clearance: TS/SCI clearance required.
